Keep prepared high density Build To Rent proposals for Packaged Living on a constrained industrial site south of the city centre. Considered active frontages along with elevated communal roof gardens and a range of residents facilities were provided as part of proposals. In line with surrounding proposals on adjacent sites and subsequent planning consents, the maximum height of the proposed development was 24 storeys. 390 one and two bed apartments were provided.
