Keep prepared detailed design proposals for Barratt Homes on this brownfield urban site for 520 new homes and a mix of community uses. By carefully considering the arrangement of apartments and the urban context we provided a high density proposal at 465 dwellings per hectare that avoided the need to go above ten storeys and cause wider visual impact and build cost issues. A range of distinctive and clever apartment types and arrangements were developed to maximise net/gross and ensure development densities were achieved at lower building heights.
