Keep have a detailed and extensive understanding of UK housebuilding. We also appreciate that each site is different and will need a specific housing solution. 

We understand that housing efficiency, sustainability, planning drivers, buildability, desirability and market value will be different in each location and these factors need to be understood in detail to achieve best value and deliver an appropriate solution for each project.

We have no preconceived concepts of how proposals should be developed and accept that to achieve the best outcome, design flexibility and compromise is necessary.  

We appreciate that most new housing in the UK is similar and informed by a number of aspects such as the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), National Design Space Standards (NDSS), Building Regulations and other national statutory requirements. To balance these technical aspects against the uniqueness of each site (and need to drive land value and achieve an appropriate planning consent), we have a standard set of accurately dimensioned homes that can be adapted and arranged for each site. By adapting our standard house types we can address issues such as topography, housing mix, materials, overlooking, scale and proportion, increased density, detailing and appearance. 

This strategy ensures we are efficient, responsive and can provide our clients with well informed and accurate information.
