Following the success of Keep’s brownfield redevelopment at the Old Pump House in Bristol, Newland Homes asked Keep to assist them with the detailed design for a similar brownfield site in the historic Cotswold town of Tetbury. Keep worked closely with Newland’s planning and design team to produce a suitably tailored and appropriate proposal that was informed by the distinctive and attractive characteristics of the architecture in Tetbury. The brownfield tower centre site is well connected and provides much needed sustainable new homes for the town. Planning application for 44 new homes submitted 2021.
