Keep Architecture prepared a number of high density residential proposals for this large brownfield site to the rear of Temple Meads Station, Bristol. The majority of the apartments were provided with waterfront views and south facing communal deck gardens over hidden parking areas at grade level below. This arrangement balanced the need for private car parking, minimal excavation of contaminated land, flooding constraints and the desire for attractive landscaping.
