A well balanced, high density, mixed use scheme has been provided for this city centre site at the entrance to Temple Meads Station. An 80 bed hotel, apartments, a variety of offices, a convenience store, secure parking and a range food and beverage units was provided for Exemplar as a part of their bid for the site in 2013.
